Opisyal ng tinapos ng special joint panel ang 11 buwang imbestigasyon on aid of legislation at tuluyan na ngang binawi ng House Quad-Committee ang contempt at detention orders laban kita dating presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, asawa nitong si Mylah at dating Presidential Adviser Michael Yang.
Kasabay nito ay binawi na rin ang contempt at detention order kina Police Colonel Hector Grijaldo at Senior Police Officer 4 (SPO4) Arthur Narsolis.
Matatandaan na minsan ng ipinanawagan ni Abang Lingkod Party-list Rep. Joseph Stephen Paduano isa sa apat na co-chairman ng quad-comm na dapat tanggalin na ang contempt at detention order kay Roque at iba pa na sinang-ayunan naman at inaprubahan ni Quad-Comm Overall Chairman, Surigao Del Norte 2nd district Rep. Robert Ace Barbers.
